This Signature Sleep mattress meets the federal flammability standard 16 CFR 1633 and is shipped compressed, rolled, and vacuum-sealed for your convenience. Allow 24 to 72 hours for the mattress to regain its full shape, as memory foam tends to expand faster in warmer environments. In colder temperatures, it may take slightly longer for the mattress to return to its full size from its compressed state.
To set up your new mattress, simply take it out of the box and watch as it decompresses. Jumping, walking, and sleeping on the mattress can speed up the process. The mattress features a 4-inch layer of memory foam on top, followed by an 8-inch layer of high-density foam, which molds to the body's natural shape. This design helps relieve pressure points, distribute body weight evenly, and eliminate motion transfer.
The Signature Sleep Memoir mattress is low in VOC emissions for indoor air quality (less than 0.5 PPM) and is made without phthalates regulated by the Consumer Safety Product Commission. It has a soft, knit fabric cover that is non-removable and non-washable.
The mattress dimensions are 75 inches in length, 54 inches in width, and 12 inches in height, with a net weight of 54.5 pounds. The shipping dimensions are 57 inches in length, 14 inches in width, and 14 inches in height, with a gross weight of 65 pounds.
